One coffee, one cone, one careful pour at a time. This is where our rotating single origins get room to speak.
Hand Brewed
Today's Pour Over
Every day we feature a rotating single origin from one of our roasters, weighed, ground, and brewed to order. It takes a few minutes longer than an espresso — that’s the point. Ask the barista what’s on today.
The Tools
What We Brew With
The Grinder
Mahlkönig EK43
The benchmark filter grinder in specialty coffee. The EK43’s grind uniformity is what makes a pour-over taste clean and defined instead of muddy — every particle extracts at the same pace, so the origin character comes through with clarity.
The Kettle
Fellow Kettle
Precise to the degree and built for control. Our Fellow gooseneck pours exactly where and how fast the barista intends — temperature-stable water and a steady spiral pour are half the recipe in a great hand brew.
The Cone
Hario V60
The classic. Spiral ribs and a single large opening give total control over flow — our pick when a coffee deserves a clean, bright, tea-like cup with delicate florals up front.
The Beautiful One
Origami Dripper
Versatile and gorgeous. The Origami takes both conical and flat-bottom filters, letting us tune the brew style to the bean — and its ribbed ceramic looks as good on the bar as the coffee tastes.
